The problem

You have a business. You don't have customers.

The main reason small businesses in the US don't make it to year three isn't the quality of their work — it's no steady flow of jobs and nobody to pick up the phone. That's exactly what we fix.

Starting from zero
"I have money and I'm ready to work, but I don't understand how anything works here."
You need: a business that actually runs, not just paperwork in a drawer.
Plan: LAUNCH
Working for someone else
"I do the work for $25 an hour while the owner charges the customer $80. Afraid to end up with no jobs."
You need: to go out on your own without losing income.
Plan: LAUNCH or FLOW
No jobs coming in
"I'm good with my hands, not with selling. The phone is silent and competitors take everything."
You need: the phone to ring.
Plan: FLOW
Losing the leads
"They call while I'm on a job. I call back in the evening and they've already booked someone else."
You need: someone answering for you and booking the job.
Plan: TURNKEY
Where the money leaks out
62% of calls to small businesses go unanswered — every second customer books whoever picks up first
$300–500 what one closed job costs through Angi or HomeAdvisor — and the lead is sold to three competitors
lower chance of closing if you call back an hour later instead of within minutes
30–50% of an ad budget is wasted without negative keywords and call tracking
What we do

How the deal works

The share is calculated honestly

  • Only on closed jobs that came through our channels — ads, website, maps, dispatch
  • Customers you found yourself are entirely yours — we take nothing
  • Settled weekly against an open report you can audit
  • Customers pay you directly — we invoice afterwards

What stays yours

  • The company, bank accounts, website, domain, phone number and customer list are registered to you
  • They stay yours in every scenario, including if we part ways
  • You can buy out the share any time at the difference against the fixed price
  • No penalties, no lock-in beyond the first 12 months
How to pay

Fixed or revenue share — you decide

Both are fair. The difference is who carries the risk and what it costs to get started.

Revenue share — low on cash, wary of risk

  • Entry is 2–3× cheaper — you start with almost no outlay
  • You pay only once you've earned: no jobs, no invoice
  • We're motivated to keep you busy — our income grows with yours
  • Fits any service business: cleaning, repair, hauling, HVAC, landscaping, moving
  • Minimum term 12 months, then by agreement

Fixed — you have capital and want freedom

  • Pay once — everything you earn stays yours
  • No revenue reporting obligations to us
  • Better value if your turnover is already high
  • Required for retail, restaurants and wholesale — there the flow depends on location, not on ads
  • Transparent estimate: you see the price of every line item

Questions

Straight answers

How exactly is the revenue share calculated?

Only on closed and paid jobs that came through channels we run: paid ads, the website we built, your Google Business Profile, or the dispatch desk.

Every job is tagged with its source. Customers you found yourself — referrals, repeat clients, your own network — are never charged. You get the full report weekly and can audit any line.

Who owns the company, the website and the phone number?

You do. The LLC, bank accounts, domain, website, phone number and customer list are registered in your name from day one.

If we stop working together, everything stays with you. There is no scenario where you walk away empty-handed.

Why is your share higher than a franchise royalty?

A franchise charges 8–11% but requires $15,000–75,000 upfront and total investment up to $350,000. On top of the royalty, the franchisee still pays for advertising and call answering separately.

Our entry starts at $4,900, and advertising plus the dispatch desk are already inside the share. You don't risk capital — if there are no jobs, there's no invoice.

What if the advertising doesn't work?

If 60 days of live advertising produce no qualified leads, we keep running the campaigns at no charge until they do.

We also don't take on projects we don't believe in. If the numbers don't work in your city or your trade, we'll say so at the first call instead of taking your money.

Can I switch from revenue share to a fixed price later?

Yes, at any point. You buy out the share by paying the difference between what you've already paid and the fixed price of your plan.

No penalties, no exit fees. Many clients start on the share while cash is tight and move to fixed once turnover grows — at that point fixed is simply cheaper.

Do you work with businesses outside home services?

Yes, but the revenue-share model doesn't fit every trade. It works where we control the flow of leads — any local service business: cleaning, repair, HVAC, landscaping, hauling, contracting, moving.

For retail, restaurants and wholesale, foot traffic depends on location and inventory rather than ads, so we work on a fixed price only — it's fairer to both sides.

Do I pay the advertising budget separately?

Yes. You fund Google and Meta directly from your own card — the money never passes through us and we take no cut of it.

You see every dollar spent in your own ad account, and we report on what each dollar produced. A realistic starting budget in most markets is $1,500–3,000 a month.

I don't have a company yet. Where do we start?

With the LAUNCH plan. We choose the state and entity type, register the LLC or Corp, get your EIN, open the bank account and handle the licenses your trade requires.

By the end you have a company that can legally take money — and a brand, a website and a Google profile so customers can find it.
